Upgrade IR by Hand (Aka BI for MYOB)

Needed to upgrade Club Trading (CTD) with the latest IR release and did not have a BIforMYOB build with the latest stuff.

John Sullivan provided these instruction in an email on 15 September, 2014

Step-by-step guide

  1.  Download the latest version of IR. This is the URL for the IIS download

    http://www.interactivereporting.com/v33/iis33_myob.zip

  2. Stop the Bi for Myob Update Service.
  3. Copy  download ir_Source to c:\bi_for_myob directory
  4. Copy Irengine33.dll o the c:\bi_for_myob directory
  5. Copy Mdict.dll to the c:\bi_for_myob directory
  6. Open admin command prompt window
  7. Cd c:\biformyob and register the IR DLLs
  8. Regsvr32 Irengine33.dll
  9. Regsvr32 Mdict.dll
  10. Restart Service.
  11. This version has isMyob set in utilities_boolean.
  12. To enable the saas version
  13. Change isv34 to true in utilities_boolean.asp
